had an estimate done. later same day called the person who did the estimate on his cell wanting more info on metal roofs, color ECT. left individual a message twice with a return number. no call back. called office and was told he was not in and they would make contact and have him call. did not happen. called his cell twice the next day still no response. called office again and the woman on the phone was no help at all. will NOT consider your company for the job. will NOT recommend you to anyone.

Justin Dunnam inspected our roof damage on June 22. His inspection was amazingly thorough, and we so appreciated his very detailed report on what repairs need to be completed. He was exceedingly polite and professional, as well as on time, which was SO refreshing and appreciated!! We would definitely rate his visit with 5 stars... Both Jimmy and Jamie were accommodating to our schedule. Raul and his guys worked tirelessly between rain events until 8pm on their longest day to ensure we had a completely dried-in roof. Their great work was noticed and requested by neighbors. Kristian and April were great in the office!

I did a review over a week ago, very bad one. Jamie the operation manager said they would take care of it and apologized for the bad work. He said they would fix it Friday or mon or Tuesday. It's Friday and he won't answer any call. So yes I was going to change my review on them but no, I will tell everyone I know how bad they are and I know a lot a very lot of people.

Their workers came out to the house at 7 am every day for 3 days and left at 5:45 every night. They worked until around noon, took lunch, and then work again. They would clean up daily the last 1/2 hour or so, like clockwork. The roof looks great and have all positive things to say about their workers, i.e. prompt, courteous, and professional. The hurricane Irma left my roof in ruins and because it was 17 years old, it seemed right to have it replaced. I called about two days after Irma and their representative/sales/estimator came out the next day. Very responsive to my needs and gave us a quote, which turned out to be the exact contract amount. Financing is available through Wells Fargo on a no-interest basis.

I call G&G at 8:00 am on the Monday after This last hurricane for an estimated on a new roof and I was push to the side . I call back many times and all they told me is that I am in the list . I wait and wait and wait . I call back on 10/2/17 just found out that my name is drop off the list and no one can tell me what happen . Every room in my house have a leak . Now they push me all the way to the middle of December

After Hurricane Irma, we lost shingles on our roof and were in need of a roofing company to come out and give us an estimate of how much it would cost. We had left many voicemail messages with various roofing companies and did not receive a response from any of them. Jimmy Ollie was the first to respond to our need and came out that afternoon to assess our damage. Luckily, we did not need our roof replaced, and by the end of the week, he and his team were at our house replacing the shingles we had lost. Jimmy and his team were very courteous and attentive. They put our mind at ease and did a fantastic job in replacing the shingles on our roof. Their prices were very fair and competitive. Should we ever need roof repair or a roof replacement, we will definitely contact G&G Roofing, again!!

Justin Dunnam came out today to repair a roof item that was listed as an inspection item for the sale of our home. He got right to tans was finished in less than 30 minutes. Justin was very professional and nice to work with. Not only did our realtor Lee Romano refer us but our renter did as well. I would not hesitate to call G & G Roofing again!

After Hurricane Matthew, my roof was inspected and repaired in three days of the event. I was ripped off by another roofer in the Seminole County area for a $600 tarping the day before. G+G was out the next day to inspect, provide an estimate, and give me the exact day the repair would take place. Repair was $700. I was shown how improperly the missing shingles and ridge line was installed by another major roofer in Seminole County(the "C" company). I was ripped off by the "C" company in Hurricane Charlie as well, by several thousand dollars. Hurricanes bring out the greed in vendors and the weaknesses in your roof. I call these people "professional looters." Just becasue someone puts up a lot of roofs, doesn't mean they are doing it well. G+G provided a fair price and honest repair date and used the proper shingles unlike the other company who "cut corners." The more I speak to people about G+G the more positive feedback I hear about them and their staff. A hidden jewel in the CFL area. Now my roofing company.

Couldn't have gone better. Jason was honest, professional, and caring. Did what needed to be done instead of trying to sell products / services we didn't need. After a storm like this, there are many people and companies that try to take advantage of homeowners. Not G & G. There is no place on this website to praise a company that would offer there supply's free during Hurricane Matthew.Although I needed the plywood I had no way to cut or attach it,but should and when I need roof work This will be the company I call. A company with Integrity and support putting others above profit .

Top notch organization and customer service. We conducted a workshop for students learning about construction and G&G provided us with metal roofing cut to size for our small hands-on projects. They could have told us that was out of their normal services, but instead they took on a special project to help young people. That's the kind of company I want to do business with!

I contacted G&G Roofing after hurricane Matthew as I found multiple shingle tabs in my yard and could see several turned up shingles on the roof. Jimmy Ollie came out within 24 hours of my call which was the day after the storm left the area. He inspected the roof and repaired the minor damage at no charge. Jimmy said that he was glad that he could help out. He then did the same for my neighbor to the east and set up a time to quote the more significant damage on my neighbor's roof to the west. What great service and what a wonderful and personable person to help you out in a time of need. I commend Jimmy Ollie for his assistance and in going above and beyond all expectations. Couldn't be happier with Jimmy and his team. Very professional and hands on. Jimmy was always available by phone and was normally right on site. They worked around rainy days and got the project done faster that I could have expected. Everyday they cleaned up and the project had very little impact on our daily routine.
