had an estimate done. later same day called the person who did the estimate on his cell wanting more info on metal roofs, color ECT. left individual a message twice with a return number. no call back. called office and was told he was not in and they would make contact and have him call. did not happen. called his cell twice the next day still no response. called office again and the woman on the phone was no help at all. will NOT consider your company for the job. will NOT recommend you to anyone.

I scheduled an estimate for 2-3PM on Wednesday April 04, 2018. At 1:30, I recieved a call from my kids that G&G was there (no call from the person to do the estimate). I rushed home to find G&G had already left. I waited incase they returned at the apointment time but he never came back. O later saw an email stating they were there and youd send me an estime the next evening. It is now April 15, 2018 and I have never recieved an estimate. If you cant be trusted to get an estimate done right and professionally, how can you be trusted with my roof?

Our neighborhood lost many roofs from the hurricane in August. After receiving many estimates, and calling friends for recommendations we decided to go with G&G Roofing. We are so pleased with the service provided by this company! Neighbors have commented on the roof. Their team is very professional and courteous. Subject: Jimmy Ollie and his team To whom it may concern, I just wanted to let you know I was very impressed with your team and especially the project supervisor Jimmy Ollie with regards to installing new shingles on my house. Jimmy was extremely helpful and dedicated in making sure the job was done correctly. This included having the team rework a couple areas he thought should be better and adding a cricket on my chimney. Also, Jimmy did an excellent job dealing with the concerns of my driveway and the heavy trucks could have damage it further. As far as I can see there was no additional damage to my driveway which was a big relief to me. The truck with the shingles was backed in through my yard and I'm sure prevented damage to my driveway. Surprisingly did not leave any major groves in my yard. Again this was a great relief to me. Jimmy is a great asset to your staff and I would recommend him to supervise a project if anyone I know uses your services in the future. Thanks, Barry Donald
